  • 6 ea hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • TT salt and pepper


  1. Cut boiled eggs in half and pop yolks in mixing bowl.

  2. Add mayo, dijon mustard, salt and pepper to yolks. Mix with fork or food processor until smooth.

  3. Spoon or pipe yolk filling into egg white halves.

  4. Garnish with paprika, chives, or whatever colorful ingredients that shows off your personality.
