In large mixing bowl hand mix together ground pork, ground chuck, panko, small diced onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.

Gently fold in the freshly shredded sharp cheddar.

From burger patties with biscuit cutter.

Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make picante sauce. Top burgers with picante sauce.

Bake burgers in preheated 425° for 30 minutes.
