Tasty, sweet, homemade cinnamon apple chips. An all natural snack the whole family will love.
Thinly slice assorted apples with a mandoline or knife and place in cold filtered water that you have squeezed the juice of one lemon in.
Arrange apple slices on drying rack for oven or racks of a dehydrator and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Dry in oven at 185° or dehydrator at 165° for 4-5 hours or until desired texture is achieved. Flip chips every hour if drying in oven.
For this recipe I used granny smith, empire and yellow delicious apples.
