Cheddar Cheesy Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients

Meatloaf Mix

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 cup onion very small diced
  • 1 each egg large
  • 3/4 brick sharp cheddar fresh shredded
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1 tsp Ground Dry Mustard
  • TT salt and pepper

Picante Glaze

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ground Dry Mustard

Instructions

  1. In large mixing bowl hand mix together ground pork, ground chuck, panko, small diced onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, onion, salt and pepper.
  2. Gently fold in the freshly shredded sharp cheddar.
  3. From burger patties with biscuit cutter.
  4. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make picante sauce. Top burgers with picante sauce.
  5. Bake burgers in preheated 425° for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve on your favorite bun and enjoy!
