2.5cupRolled Oats
.5cupShredded Cheese
.5cupBeef Broth
1eachEgg
Instructions
Pulse oats in food processor about 6-9 times to break up oaks a bit.
Add broth and egg to oats and pulse to bring together.
Add cheese to oat mixture and pulse until just brought together. Let sit about 5 minutes.
Roll dough out between two layers of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Punch biscuits out with desired cookie cutter.
Place biscuits on prepared cookie sheet and then place in 325° preheated oven. Bake for 23 minutes or until biscuits are firm and just slightly crisp to touch.
